Because each fragrance is formulated individually, timing depends on the brief and deadline. Tell me the date you need it by before commissioning so I can confirm whether it is practical.
When practical, yes. A commission can also be developed entirely through text or a call.
No. This is a bespoke commission: you provide the brief and I formulate the fragrance for the recipient. You can participate in the creative direction, but you do not need to make the perfume yourself.
